One option would be to use a vault-like system where the drawings are checked in/out. If someone other than the person who is editing the drawing requires access it would be in read-only form. There are a number of software solutions available.
Are you able to see the crosshairs in Paper space, when you switch to Layout? What about your hardware? Have you tried to Reset AutoCAD?
Maxim Hello and thank you for your quick reply. I was using LT 2017 on the same Mac just fine yesterday and then all of the sudden the cursor just wasn't there when I opened the program this morning.
I can't see the cursor at all in paper space or model space. I tried some other solutions posted that didn't work so I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled in but it's still the same issue. I'm on a Mac Airbook - specs attached.
